1. The bill shall be reaised as per the minimum number of Pax Booked/plates used, whichever is more.

2. Booking would be treated as confirmed only on 50% advance payment.

3. Balance amount to be paid before the function.

4. Breakage of Crokery brone by me party.

5. Guests are repsonsible for their valuables & Belongings.

6. Booking once made will not be cancelled and advnace will not be refundable.

7. Party’s own food item not allowed due to public health regulation.

8. Out side arrangement of furnishing, crockery and services is not allowed.

9. Dinner will not be served after 11:30 p.m. & lunch after 3:00 p.m.

10. Only one person will be allowed in one plate otherwise plate will be removed from the services station without intimation.

11. Parking is entirely at Owner’s risk.

12. Right of admission reserved.

13. Consumption of Alcoholic Beverage at Avadh Hotel is strictly prohibited without valid licence.

14. All takes levied by the Goverment form time to time shall be charged extra.

15. Playing lound music at Avadh Hotel, shall not be allowed after 10:00 p.m.

16. Rigths of addmission to Avadh Hotel, are reserved by the Management.

17. Snacks service will be only for 2(two) hours. One Lunch/Dinner is served, snacks service will be discounted.

18.Any kind of flower decoration, DJ & Special arrangement are charged extra.
